Job Description:

Parsons is looking for an amazingly talented Integration and Transition Manager to join our team! In this role you will be responsible for the meticulous planning and timely delivery for the transition of the program elements from the FAA and its prime contractors who deliver, sustain and modernize the National Airspace System (NAS).

You will be directly responsible for leading the assessment of prime and subcontract contracts, and where appropriate the successful transition of program work, labor, management, and services.


The Integration and Transition Manager will lead a team responsible for the smooth & efficient transition of technical and programmatic support functions and contracts that result in the government achieving a successful stand-up and execution of the System Integrator for a Brand New ATC System.

What You'll Be Doing:
• Assessment and recommendations on contracts

• Manage and integrate transition activities in accordance with contract requirements and ensure technical, schedule, and cost performance.
• Facilitates the creation of communication plans, ensuring that appropriate information is exchanged among key stakeholders.
• Manage transition risk, customer relationships, and transition staffing.
• Establish appropriate metrics for measuring key transition activities.
• Identify, develop mitigations for, and mitigate larger related program risks.
• Facilitate meetings between management and stakeholders.

What Required Skills You'll Bring:
• Bachelor's degree, non-degreed incumbents must meet equivalency guidelines
• 20+ years of related professional experience.
• Previous relevant contract transitions experience of hundred-plus million contracts and have had experience in matters affecting transition such as staffing and resource allocation.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills to effectively manage and influence stakeholders at all levels
• US Person required

Preferred…
• Knowledge of the FAA Air Traffic Control systems and infrastructure prime contracts, programs, investments and with the FAAs support contractors who assist in FAA programs strongly preferred
