Deployment Program Manager - job 1 of 2

Path Robotics is innovating robotics deployment to solve labor shortages in manufacturing. They are seeking a Deployment Program Manager to lead complex robotics deployment projects, working across teams to deliver advanced automation solutions to customers.

Skills

Proven project management and agile methodologies expertise.
Experience managing robotics or automation deployments.
Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills.
Excellent communication and stakeholder management.
Familiarity with manufacturing processes and industrial robotics.

Responsibilities

Lead end-to-end deployment projects for robotics systems, ensuring timely delivery across customer sites.
Develop and execute detailed project plans including scope, timelines, resources, and success criteria.
Engage with customers to understand needs, manage risks, and ensure project scope fulfillment.
Coordinate cross-functional internal stakeholders for aligned deployment efforts.
Manage project risks, issues, decisions, and dependencies proactively.
Maintain accurate project documentation as the single source of truth.
Collaborate with engineering and deployment teams to resolve technical challenges.
Facilitate project status meetings and provide updates to all stakeholders.
Partner with engineering leadership for New Product Introduction (NPI) projects.
Administer Factory Acceptance Test (FAT) events.
Identify process issues and propose remediation solutions.
Ensure successful delivery and deployment of robotics systems at customer sites.

Education

Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business Operations, Project Management, or related field.
