Responsibilities
- Provide outstanding customer support to Czech-speaking clients regarding luxury products via phone, email, and chat.
- Assist customers with inquiries about product details, availability, and ordering processes.
- Handle customer complaints and issues with empathy, ensuring a luxurious and satisfactory resolution.
- Accurately document customer interactions and follow up on outstanding requests.
- Collaborate with sales and marketing teams to convey promotional information and special collections to customers.
- Stay updated on product knowledge, industry trends, and brand initiatives to provide informed guidance to clients.
- Gather customer feedback to contribute to service enhancements and overall customer satisfaction.
- Fluency in Czech and English, both written and spoken.
- Previous experience in customer service, preferably in luxury retail or high-end brand environments.
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills with a customer-centric approach.
- Strong understanding of luxury products and commitment to maintaining brand standards.
- Proficient in customer support software and Microsoft Office applications.
- Detail-oriented with the ability to manage multiple inquiries simultaneously.
- Willingness to work flexible hours, including weekends and public holidays if necessary.
