We are currently looking for a French Speaking Customer Support Representative for our Gaming & Esports Department. This position is perfect for individuals with a passion for gaming and esports, who thrive in a dynamic and fast-paced environment, and are eager to assist French-speaking clients.


Responsibilities

  • Provide outstanding customer support to French-speaking clients regarding gaming and esports products through phone, email, and chat.
  • Assist customers with inquiries related to game features, account management, and technical issues.
  • Effectively address and resolve customer complaints to enhance the gaming experience.
  • Document customer interactions accurately and follow up on any outstanding issues.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to gather information and resolve complex queries.
  • Stay updated on the latest gaming trends and esports events to provide knowledgeable assistance.
  • Collect customer feedback to support continuous improvement of products and services.
  • Fluency in French and English, both written and spoken.
  • Previous experience in customer support, preferably in the gaming or technology sectors.
  • Strong interest in gaming and esports with the ability to explain technical concepts to clients.
  • Exceptional communication skills and a strong customer-first attitude.
  • Proficiency in customer support software and common office applications.
  • Strong problem-solving abilities and the capacity to work well under pressure.
  • Flexibility to work varied hours, including evenings and weekends as required.
