Responsibilities
- Provide exceptional customer service through phone, email, and chat channels in Portuguese.
- Assist customers with inquiries related to health and wellness products, offering detailed product information and guidance.
- Resolve customer complaints and issues effectively, ensuring a positive experience.
- Document customer interactions and maintain accurate records within our systems.
- Collaborate with team members to improve service delivery and address customer needs.
- Stay updated on product offerings and health & wellness trends to provide accurate information to customers.
- Fluency in Portuguese (both spoken and written) is required.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Prior experience in customer service, particularly in health & wellness or related fields, is preferred.
- Excellent problem-solving skills with a commitment to customer satisfaction.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a dynamic environment.
- Knowledge of health & wellness products is a plus.
