Responsibilities
- Serve as the primary contact for German-speaking customers, managing inquiries and providing superior support.
- Engage with customers through various channels, including phone, email, and chat, maintaining professionalism and empathy.
- Provide accurate information by having a strong understanding of our products and services.
- Effectively resolve customer concerns and issues to ensure satisfaction and build loyalty.
- Collaborate with internal teams to share customer feedback and drive service improvements.
- Conduct follow-ups with customers to ensure ongoing satisfaction and to gather additional feedback.
- Analyze customer interactions and prepare reports to identify trends and areas for service enhancement.
- Fluency in German and English, both written and spoken.
- Previous experience in customer service or customer experience roles is preferred.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and tasks in a fast-paced environment.
- Familiarity with customer service software and tools.
- Strong problem-solving abilities and a commitment to delivering exceptional customer service.
- An interest in online media and familiarity with industry trends.
