Do you dream of a marketing role where your work directly reaches families in need and builds trust with key organizations — all while working remotely?
We’re looking for a mission-driven marketing leader who can help more families and Regional Centers discover the life-changing services we provide — and ensure they feel supported, seen, and empowered from the very first touchpoint. Join us as we scale a high-growth, innovative company that’s transforming the lives of neurodivergent adults across California.
At NeuroNav, we believe everyone deserves the opportunity to make their own choices and shape their story, regardless of disability. Our mission is to enhance the quality of life for adults with developmental disabilities through simplicity and choice. We specialize in helping families navigate a specific California state-funded program called Self-Determination, which offers more creative and customized options for using state resources.
Your role will be to lead and grow awareness efforts — making sure more families, and California Regional Center teams know who we are, how we help, and why it matters. You'll lead strategic outreach and marketing campaigns that drive referrals, build trust, and deepen relationships across both B2C and B2B audiences. From messaging and campaign development to partnerships, events, and content strategy, you'll shape how NeuroNav shows up across California.
Founded at Stanford in 2020 with support from the Stanford Innovation Fellowship, NeuroNav drives new vision and change in disability by creating personalized care plans and connecting our neurodivergent clients with virtual Care Navigators who help manage their benefits. Last year, we supported hundreds of individuals in accessing life-changing services, and we’re on track to quadruple our impact next year.

Plan & Execute Strategic Campaigns

Align campaigns to key moments in the client journey — from first discovery to onboarding and retention
Manage BDRs (Business Development Reps), consultants, and contractors for campaign execution — including call-down outreach, SEO, content creation, and paid media campaigns.
Lead Events Strategy & Execution
Plan and execute both virtual and in-person events in partnership with the Business Development team to support outreach and relationship-building
Coordinate logistics, outreach, and follow-up strategies to ensure events support brand visibility, lead generation, and referral growth
Leverage ABM Strategies
Apply account-based marketing principles to engage high-priority Regional Centers and institutional partners
Personalize outreach and content for specific accounts or referral partners based on their unique needs and goals
Develop Messaging & Content
Create and oversee content calendars, messaging guides, and campaign assets

Support NeuroNav presence at events and conferences
Collaborate Cross-Functionally
Work closely with Sales and Care Management teams to ensure a seamless experience across the customer journey
Support the development of referral tools, training decks, and handoff processes
Track & Optimize Performance
