Marketing Lead, Outreach & Regional Awareness - NeuroNav

Do you dream of a marketing role where your work directly reaches families in need and builds trust with key organizations — all while working remotely?

We’re looking for a mission-driven marketing leader who can help more families and Regional Centers discover the life-changing services we provide — and ensure they feel supported, seen, and empowered from the very first touchpoint. Join us as we scale a high-growth, innovative company that’s transforming the lives of neurodivergent adults across California.

At NeuroNav, we believe everyone deserves the opportunity to make their own choices and shape their story, regardless of disability. Our mission is to enhance the quality of life for adults with developmental disabilities through simplicity and choice. We specialize in helping families navigate a specific California state-funded program called Self-Determination, which offers more creative and customized options for using state resources.

Your role will be to lead and grow awareness efforts — making sure more families, and California Regional Center teams know who we are, how we help, and why it matters. You'll lead strategic outreach and marketing campaigns that drive referrals, build trust, and deepen relationships across both B2C and B2B audiences. From messaging and campaign development to partnerships, events, and content strategy, you'll shape how NeuroNav shows up across California.

About NeuroNav

Founded at Stanford in 2020 with support from the Stanford Innovation Fellowship, NeuroNav drives new vision and change in disability by creating personalized care plans and connecting our neurodivergent clients with virtual Care Navigators who help manage their benefits. Last year, we supported hundreds of individuals in accessing life-changing services, and we’re on track to quadruple our impact next year.

Responsibilities Include:

  • Grow Regional Center Awareness

    • Build tailored campaigns and messaging that educate and engage Regional Center teams about NeuroNav's services and impact

    • Create and distribute content that supports trust and long-term partnership with service coordinators and program managers

  • Increase Family Engagement & Access

    • Develop clear, empathetic outreach campaigns that help families understand the Self-Determination Program and how NeuroNav can support them

  • Plan & Execute Strategic Campaigns

    • Design and manage multi-channel campaigns in Hubspot (email, social, digital ads, webinars, etc.) that build awareness and drive inquiries

    • Align campaigns to key moments in the client journey — from first discovery to onboarding and retention

    • Manage BDRs (Business Development Reps), consultants, and contractors for campaign execution — including call-down outreach, SEO, content creation, and paid media campaigns.

  • Lead Events Strategy & Execution

    • Plan and execute both virtual and in-person events in partnership with the Business Development team to support outreach and relationship-building

    • Coordinate logistics, outreach, and follow-up strategies to ensure events support brand visibility, lead generation, and referral growth

  • Leverage ABM Strategies

    • Apply account-based marketing principles to engage high-priority Regional Centers and institutional partners

    • Personalize outreach and content for specific accounts or referral partners based on their unique needs and goals

  • Develop Messaging & Content

    • Create and oversee content calendars, messaging guides, and campaign assets

    • Write or guide the creation of landing pages, one-pagers, social content, newsletters, and email sequences

  • Build Community Trust

    • Identify speaking opportunities, sponsorships, and partnership activations that position NeuroNav as a trusted resource

    • Support NeuroNav presence at events and conferences

  • Collaborate Cross-Functionally

    • Work closely with Sales and Care Management teams to ensure a seamless experience across the customer journey

    • Support the development of referral tools, training decks, and handoff processes

  • Track & Optimize Performance

    • Analyze campaign and channel performance using Hubspot CRM and analytics tools

    • Identify areas for improvement and iterate on strategies to improve outcomes

What You’ll Bring:

  • Empathy-Driven Marketing Experience: 3+ years in mission-focused marketing, outreach, communications, or similar — with a portfolio of campaigns that built trust and moved people to act

  • ABM as a Strength: Familiarity with account-based marketing strategies and tools, and ability to apply ABM approaches when engaging with key partners or institutions

  • Storytelling & Messaging Skills: Strong copywriting and content development skills, especially for diverse or underserved audiences

  • Familiarity with Developmental Disabilities Ecosystem: Deep understanding or experience working within California’s disability support space (Regional Centers, Self-Determination, advocacy orgs, etc.) is a major plus

  • Data-Informed Mindset: Comfortable tracking marketing performance, setting goals, and making adjustments based on what’s working

  • Remote Collaboration Skills: Proactive, self-directed, and comfortable working with remote teams across functions

  • HubSpot Expertise: Proficiency in using HubSpot for email marketing, lead nurturing, and CRM management, including workflow automation, reporting, and analytics

  • Ad Platform Experience: Expertise in managing and optimizing paid media campaigns across various ad platforms (Google Ads, Facebook, Instragram, etc.)

  • SEO and SEM Skills: Experience in optimizing web content for SEO and running SEM campaigns for lead generation and brand visibility

  • Bilingual (Spanish) strongly preferred

Benefits

  • Remote-first role – Ability to work from anywhere, offering flexibility and work-life balance.

  • Comprehensive benefits package – Health, dental, and vision insurance, 401(k) plan, and more.

  • Paid Time Off (PTO) – 14 days per year, plus 7 sick or flex days.

  • Ongoing learning & development – Opportunities for personal and professional growth.

  • Annual company retreat – Join the team for a retreat that strengthens our bonds and celebrates our success.

If you’re passionate about storytelling, strategy, and reaching families who need support — we’d love to meet you.
