This role reports to the Engineering Manager, based in Cyprus. Our team is made up of individuals from all walks of life, each bringing unique experiences and perspectives that enrich our work and culture. Your contribution will be vital in ensuring our mobile applications deliver exceptional user experiences while maintaining high standards of performance, scalability, and reliability. You will lead technical initiatives, drive modern engineering practices, and collaborate across teams to create innovative, data-driven solutions. This role is an opportunity to lead, innovate, and make a significant impact on our mobile strategy while fostering growth within the team.

As our Mobile Tech Lead, your key responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

• Develop and Lead: Build and maintain robust mobile applications while owning the mobile architecture to align with platform goals.
• Streamline Delivery: Implement automated pipelines for efficient builds and releases.
• Collaborate Across Teams: Work closely with Product, Design, and Platform teams to deliver user-centric solutions and integrate tools effectively.
• Elevate Engineering Practices: Promote quality standards, automation, and continuous learning within the team.
• Mentor and Grow Talent: Guide team members’ technical and professional development, encouraging knowledge-sharing and best practices.

About You

• Proven Experience: 7+ years in mobile development with expertise in React Native, TypeScript/JavaScript, and native iOS/Android development.
• Technical Acumen: Strong grasp of design patterns (SOLID, Clean Architecture), testing methodologies (TDD/BDD), and automation tools like GitHub Actions.
• Leadership and Collaboration: A proven ability to guide teams, foster cross-functional collaboration, and communicate effectively with remote global teams.
• Passion for Learning: A continuous drive to stay ahead in modern engineering and mobile technologies.
