Product Enablement Program Manager

Responsibilities

Design and execute scalable enablement programs to deepen product knowledge and sales confidence
Translate complex technical features into accessible customer-relevant messaging
Lead structured onboarding and ramp programs for new hires across 30, 60, and 90-day milestones
Develop persona-based training resources tailored to diverse decision-makers and stakeholders
Create enablement content such as demo guides, talk tracks, objection handling, and competitive battle cards
Collaborate with Product Marketing and Engineering to support go-to-market launches
Lead competitive enablement and differentiation initiatives
Gather feedback and iterate enablement programs to maximize sales readiness
Establish success metrics and measure program effectiveness

Education

Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience preferred
