Skills
Cloud and Networking infrastructure expertise with AWS, GCP, or Azure.
Strong knowledge of Linux OS, networking, security monitoring, intrusion detection and response.
Experience with web application security assessments and penetration testing.
Programming skills ideally in Python, Go, or Bash scripting.
Familiarity with Terraform or similar configuration management tools like Jsonnet, Kapitan, Helm, or Kustomize.
Understanding of DevOps and SRE principles.
Responsibilities
Own and develop Phaidra’s Product Security Program integrating cloud & application security into the SDLC.
Engage with Engineering, Research, and Developer teams to facilitate threat modeling and security practices.
Design and implement secure infrastructure and reference architectures for customer-facing systems.
Build security tools and processes using DevSecOps and SRE methodologies to protect critical infrastructure.
Secure the CI/CD pipeline through security assessments and improvements.
Conduct security reviews of core IT and production infrastructure.
Work with GCP and on-premise platforms utilizing Kubernetes and cloud native technologies.
Maintain cross-functional relationships to drive security initiatives.
Education
Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Cybersecurity, or equivalent experience.
