The Campaign Account Specialist manages fulfillment for multiple consumer, HCP, DM, and Direct-to-Rep programs across various brands. This role builds strong relationships with clients, brand, marketing, and sales teams while identifying growth opportunities.
Manage fulfillment for Consumer, HCP, Direct Mail (DM), Direct to Rep (DTR), and Direct to Physician (DTP) programs across multiple brands
Act as primary contact for print intake process, print requests, and vendor coordination
Oversee print & field asset management, including direct mail campaigns and list pulls
Collaborate with creative agencies, brand teams, and marketing on campaign planning and execution
Ensure compliance with regulatory guidelines (FDA, FUSE, PI, state-specific requirements)
Lead program implementation, including timelines, inventory, quality checks, and launch logistics
Liaise with Knipper and internal IT teams on material distribution, warehouse systems (MRC), and CRM programming
Manage reporting, KPIs, inventory forecasting, and monthly metrics reviews
Support escalations, change management, help desk tickets, and literature compliance tools
Coordinate material distribution for field force, special shipments, and national sales meetings
Maintain inventory control and rework SOPs for Prescribing Information updates
Partner with field operations on lit code/brand code alignment
