We are seeking an experienced MD/DO to serve as a Principal Investigator or Sub-Investigator to lead and grow a new clinical research site in the Little Rock area, with flexible part- or full-time scheduling available.

Skills
Previous experience as a Principal Investigator or Sub-Investigator on clinical trials
Active, unencumbered MD or DO medical license in Arkansas
Board-certified or board-eligible status
Knowledge of GCP, IRB processes, and regulatory requirements
Strong communication and leadership skills
Organizational skills and ability to manage multiple studies concurrently
Familiarity with participant recruitment and retention strategies
Responsibilities
Lead and oversee clinical trials at the Little Rock site, ensuring protocol adherence and participant safety.
Obtain and maintain IRB approvals and manage protocol modifications.
Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and Good Clinical Practice (GCP) guidelines.
Provide leadership, mentorship, and training to site staff including coordinators and research assistants.
Communicate with sponsors, monitors, regulators, and network leadership.
Oversee informed consent processes and ongoing subject safety monitoring.
Participate in investigator meetings and educational initiatives.
Education
MD or DO degree required
Board-certified or board-eligible in relevant specialty
Active, unrestricted license to practice medicine in Arkansas
