Software Quality Assurance Analyst, Low-Code AI Platform (Remote or NYC)

PixieBrix is a mission-driven company focused on enhancing user experience through a low-code AI platform embedded in browser extensions. They are seeking a skilled Software Quality Assurance Analyst to oversee the end-to-end QA process for their browser extension and associated web applications.

Skills

Strong ownership and attention to detail in QA processes.
Excellent communication skills.
Experience with automated testing tools such as Playwright, Rainforest QA, Cypress, or Puppeteer.
Familiarity with low-code tools like Zapier, AirTable, or PixieBrix preferred.
Experience testing browser extensions and AI products is advantageous.

Responsibilities

Conduct full lifecycle QA including feature and regression test planning for browser extensions and web apps.
Collaborate with product managers, designers, engineers, and users to ensure product quality.
Identify, report, and verify software issues.
Perform manual regression, feature, exploratory testing, and performance benchmarking.
Develop and maintain test automation scripts using Playwright and Rainforest QA.

Education

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or related field preferred.
