Product Manager

The Job:

  • Product Strategy and Vision:
    • Define and communicate a compelling product vision, strategy, and roadmap for Designs.ai and other associated products aligned with the company's overall goals.
    • Stay ahead of market trends, customer needs, and competitive landscape to ensure product differentiation.
    • Be data centric in product prioritization.
  • Product Development and Management:
    • Work closely with engineering, design, and AI teams to build and enhance features, ensuring a seamless user experience.
    • Lead product lifecycle activities, from concept to launch, and post-launch analysis.
    • Prioritize features and enhancements based on user feedback, analytics, and business goals.
    • Develop and maintain clear product documentation, including specifications and user stories.
  • Stakeholder Collaboration:
    • Act as the main point of contact for cross-functional teams, including leadership, marketing, sales, education and customer support.
    • Collaborate with the CTO and leadership team to align on product direction and milestones.
  • Metrics and Performance:
    • Define, track, and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure product success.
    • Utilize data-driven decision-making to identify opportunities for improvement and innovation.
  • Customer Focus:
    • Engage with users and gather feedback through surveys, interviews, and usability testing to continuously improve the product.
    • Champion the voice of the customer within the organization.

The Person:

  • Minimum 5 years of experience in Product Management, preferably in SaaS, AI, or design tools.
  • Proven track record of managing successful products from ideation to launch.
  • Experience with agile methodologies and tools like Jira, Trello, or similar.
  • Strong understanding of UI/UX principles and user-centered design.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills to engage both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
  • Analytical mindset with proficiency in using tools like Google Analytics, Mixpanel, or similar.
  • Familiarity with AI, machine learning, or creative tools is a strong advantage.
  • Familiarity with AI and machine learning concepts, especially as applied to creative tools.
  • Understanding of APIs, web technologies, and basic programming concepts (preferred).
