Job Description:

An HR Business Partner or People Business Partner creates and implements People solutions that ensure we succeed in the direction of our mission. It is critical to the ongoing support and enablement of multiple function leaders. They partner with leadership and other BP’s to support people-related issues (e.g. org design, workforce planning, engagement, compensation, employee relations, leader onboarding, coaching and org development, etc). They build an environment where individuals and teams can do their best work and deliver results.

What you’ll do:

  • Build a world-class talent culture that attracts, retains, and develops top performers
  • Define a leadership development strategy / succession plans and deliver executive coaching to your business leadership team(s)
  • Design and implement a strategic annual workforce & staffing plan
  • Balance the needs of team members, functional business unit, the People Team, and the company
  • Provide regular, data-based guidance to leaders and individual contributors (performance management, talent development, leadership coaching, engagement, ER / investigations / compensation, etc).

Experience you’ll bring:

  • Experience counseling high level leaders and executives - handling multiple projects and priorities in a fast-paced environment
  • Track record of sound decisions and judgment in the design and implementation of People systems and processes
  • Deep knowledge of employment laws, compliance regulations, and industry norms
  • Expertise in org design and goal setting frameworks (i.e. OKRs)
  • Outstanding interpersonal skills across a diverse group of executives, leaders, and team members

The annual US base salary range for this role is $102,600 - $126,700 USD. Pluralsight's pay ranges vary based on work location. Talent Acquisition can share more detail during the hiring process when applicable. Each candidate’s compensation offer will be based on multiple factors including, but not limited to, geography, experience, skills, job duties, and business need, among other things. In addition to the base salary, this role may also be eligible for benefits and bonuses.
