Skills
Strong proofreading capability with attention to syntax, typos, grammar, spelling, and formatting.
Familiarity with Microsoft Office products such as Excel.
Attention to detail, accuracy, and quality focus.
Ability to adapt to changing priorities and work independently or collaboratively.
Analytical mindset with good problem-solving skills.
Strong communication skills via multiple media.
Ability to quickly learn new business processes and technologies.
Responsibilities
Collaborate with stakeholders to review user stories, requirements, and documentation for testability.
Execute manual test cases comparing software output to legally approved documentation with attention to detail.
Detect, document, and track defects, and re-test for resolution.
Manage multiple concurrent projects and adhere to project milestones.
Report status, concerns, and risks related to client deliverables.
Develop understanding of managed markets, payer data, and Precision products to improve testing effectiveness.
Education
Bachelor’s degree or equivalent desired.
