Your Role
We're looking for students to join our Product Management (PM) internship programand gain hands-on experience mirroring the responsibilities of a full-time PM. This immersive learning opportunity comes with dedicated support and mentorship to guide your growth. You’ll walk away feeling prepared to take on this role even earlier in your career.
You’ll have the chance to:
- Develop. You’ll improve your strategic thinking and communication skills, build relationships throughout the product team, and deliver products that our customers love.
- Make an impact. You’ll be a full member of a product team, contributing to the full product lifecycle from start to finish. This could mean validating a new feature with coaches, athletes or parents, writing a user story for a mobile app enhancement, or presenting a product roadmap to our leadership team.
- Cross-collaborate. Our product managers—both full timers and interns—regularly partner with our Sales, Support and Marketing teams to help prepare our frontline teams for product rollouts. You’ll also be expected to interact with our customers so you can better drive improvements to our products.
Our priority is to hire product interns who have the ability to live in Lincoln, Nebraska for the 2026 summer—we’ll cover your housing costs. Need to travel to Lincoln? We'll cover that too.
Must-Haves
- A current student. We’re welcoming degree-seeking students in related fields (from computer science to business) to join our teams.
- Knowledgeable. This isn’t your first time interacting with product management. We aren’t looking for experts, but you should have some experience.
- A team player. You work well with others and have improved each team or project you’ve worked on with your voice and ideas.
- Enthusiastic. You’re eager to gain experience in product thinking and help lead a team to build amazing products in a fast-paced environment.
- A quick learner. It doesn’t take you long to pick up new information, use it to make an informed decision, and feel confident about it.
- Curiosity. You want to gain a deeper understanding of the problem spaces where you work.
Nice-to-Haves
- Influential. You want to set strategy and vision, and know how to generate buy-in.
- A builder. You’ve built something on your own or with a team (e.g. a software application, small business, etc.).
- Experienced. You've already explored the world of product management, whether through a past internship, a personal project or a student club. You know the basics of the product development process and are eager to learn more.
