Role Overview:
The Project Manager will oversee a variety of discovery and delivery projects, ensuring seamless execution from planning to completion. This role involves managing project lifecycles, maintaining up-to-date documentation, and coordinating with stakeholders and cross-functional teams to achieve project goals. The ideal candidate brings 3+ years of project management experience, strong expertise with Asana, and the ability to work independently in a fast-paced, collaborative environment. A proven record of ownership, results, and familiarity with Agile methodology is highly valued.
Key Responsibilities:
Project Management & Discovery
Lead discovery projects, including setup, stakeholder engagement, and scheduling of meetings to gather project requirements.
Own project timelines and deliverables, ensuring goals are achieved on schedule and within scope.
Coordinate stakeholder interactions to support collaboration and communication.
Produce and maintain high-quality documentation and project artifacts while maintaining clear communication of progress.
Stakeholder & Cross-Functional Collaboration
Act as the main contact for stakeholders, addressing needs and expectations throughout the project.
Partner with cross-functional internal teams to align goals and ensure efficient task execution.
Facilitate regular check-ins, meetings and updates to keep teams and stakeholders aligned.
Documentation & Tracking
Keep Asana updated with project timelines, tasks, and progress, ensuring that all project-related materials, schedules, and progress are properly tracked.
Monitor deliverables to ensure milestones are completed with quality and accuracy.
Provide regular status reports and highlight risks, roadblocks, or challenges.
Agile Methodology & Process Improvement
Apply Agile principles to ensure flexibility, iteration, and responsiveness.
Identify and implement process improvements to enhance project efficiency.
Promote best practices in project management, helping the team build strong workflows.
Experience and Skills:
2+ years of project management experience with full lifecycle ownership.
Proficiency in Asana for project tracking, documentation, and task management.
Strong knowledge of Agile methodology with hands-on application in projects.
Experience in stakeholder management and cross-team communication.
PMP or similar certification preferred, though proven experience is most important.
Excellent problem-solving and critical thinking abilities.
