What will you do but are not limited to:
- Record and monitor data related to field activities (e.g., feeding, growth, health status).
- Maintain accurate data of harvest and post-harvest processes.
- Track and input project expenses.
- Organize digital and physical documents (production, expenses, invoices).
- Work with field teams to gather data for performance monitoring.
- Assist in identifying challenges in field operations and offer feasible solutions based on data insights.
- Bachelor's Degree in Agribusiness, Management Business, Business Administration or any related field.
- Minimum 1 year experience in agricultural operations or relevant internships preferred
- Fresh Graduate are welcome to apply
- Strong communication and interpersonal abilities to liaise effectively with internal and field team members.
- Detail-oriented with good organizational and analytical skills.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office, especially Excel for data management.
- Willingness to learn and adapt in a fast-paced and dynamic agricultural environment.
- Previous internship or experience in agriculture or agribusiness is a plus.
