If you’re passionate about building, leading, and thriving in a fast-paced environment, we want to hear what motivates you and inspires your work every day.

Responsibilities:
  • Vision & Collaboration: Drive the vision for Product Marketing by working closely with Product Management, Commercial Teams, Business Development, and the Global Head of Product Marketing to align strategies and goals.

  • Go-to-Market (GTM) Strategies: Develop and execute GTM plans, including creating Lean Canvas models, TAM analysis, pricing/packaging strategies, launch decks, and product positioning/value propositions. Equip sales teams with the materials, knowledge, and confidence needed to effectively take products to market.
  • Customer-Centric Focus: Build and maintain customer/external roadmaps tailored to different segments. Establish a formal program to regularly engage customers and gather feedback to refine strategies and drive commercialization opportunities.
  • Competitive Positioning: Create resources such as battlecards, competitor grids, and positioning maps to differentiate products in a competitive landscape.
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Act as the bridge between Product, Sales, and Marketing to ensure clear, compelling product positioning. Work with engineering and commercialization teams to prioritize work based on revenue opportunities, business focus, and resources.
  • Technology & Tools: Leverage marketing tools and software, including analytics platforms, automation tools, and CRM systems, to streamline workflows, enhance decision-making, and maximize efficiency across all aspects of the role.
  • Operational Excellence: Manage multiple programs with varying priorities and deadlines. Simplify complex topics and ecosystems to create actionable strategies. Embrace agile methodologies and adapt quickly to new challenges.

Requirements:
  • MS or MBA preferred
