This role is pivotal in steering the development of a highly customizable and configurable product portfolio to meet diverse market needs. Key responsibilities include crafting multi-generational product roadmaps and comprehensive lifecycle strategies, encompassing everything from concept inception to new product launches and end-of-life processes. This individual will also lead customer-facing digital initiatives, execute cost-out/value engineering projects, and collect key market insights to fuel product development.In addition to these core responsibilities, the role offers the opportunity to support division leadership through special corporate projects, contributing strategic value beyond the product portfolio. Success in this role requires significant cross-functional collaboration with global sales, engineering, manufacturing, sourcing, and other departments.
