This role is not open to visa sponsorship or transfer of visa sponsorship including those on OPT and STEM-EXT OPT, nor is it available to work corp-to-corp.

This is a hybrid opportunity (Candidates are asked to report to our Fort Mill, SC office, 3x per week, Tuesday through Thursday). This is not a fully remote position.

In this role, you will be responsible for contributing to an exciting new tech stack, making architectural decisions, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality applications.

What We're Looking For:

• Minimum 4 years of experience in full-stack development
• Strong proficiency in web technologies, including HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and frameworks such as React, Angular, Vue.js, and Node.js
• Experience with TypeScript
• Experience using AI tools to aid development
• Experience building and maintaining unit and end-to-end tests for full-stack applications
• Experience building CI/CD environments and other forms of automation
• Experience with software development methodologies such as Agile or Scrum.
• Strong understanding of software design patterns
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication skills for effective team collaboration, including the ability to disseminate technical information to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
• Growth mindset: A relentless desire to learn and excel in a tech-driven environment

Even Better

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
• Experience using web interface design tools such as Figma to aid in development
• Experience with public cloud offerings such as AWS, GCP, and Azure. 
• Experience mentoring other engineers
• Experience implementing web accessibility standards.
• Experience with software monitoring tools such as New Relic or Datadog
• Experience working with web analytics tools like Google Analytics

Compensation

Cash Compensation Range: 80,000 - 120,000

*Note actual salary is based on geographic location, qualifications, and experience.
