Job Description

Red Wing Shoe Company is seeking a Director of Revenue Enablement and Shared Services to join our Revenue Operations team. This role will manage a team consisting of global contracts, product technology, and enablement services.

The Director, Revenue Enablement and Shared Services will be at the forefront of driving revenue growth through innovative technology solutions, sales enablement practices, and consistent shared services of contracts across all Red Wing Shoe sales channels. 

This strategic leader will develop and execute a comprehensive strategy for revenue enablement tools that will appropriately align technology to the business goals and strategic roadmaps created by our sales leaders and fellow Revenue Operations directors. They will define, develop, and implement the long-range tools, technology and shared services roadmap required to support delivery of the defined long-range and annual financial and operational plans. In addition, this leader will partner with Rev Ops and Sales Leaders and COE’s to define and develop revenue driving processes and training.  

Essential Duties include:

  • Partner with sales and cross-functional COEs to define, sequence and implement long-range technology and shared services roadmap to support delivery of annual GTM strategies and operational plans.  

  • Develop relationships with third party revenue enablement tool partners to ensure tool optimization opportunities are understood and incorporated into long term strategic vision. 

  • Coordinate with relevant stakeholders to develop and execute training programs.  

  • Establish and maintain scalable contract management processes, including the use of tools for tracking, analysis, and renewal. 

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in businessa adminstration, information systems, sales, or a related field of study; with a minimum of 10 years of relevant experience, or an equivalent combination of education and experience. Proven experience in business, technology, sales or operational leadership roles while leading and influencing cross-functional teams to establish long-range strategies and short-term execution plans is preferred. 

Qualified candidates should hold the ability to identify and define technology needs to support channel strategy; Ability to recognize technology optimization opportunities, prioritize against organizational goals and communicate across the enterprise; Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with experience influencing and building relationships within a matrixed organization while taking a customer first approach; Demonstrated strength to define operational efficiencies and processes, and to guide cross functional partners with implementation; Proficiency with technical systems such as CRM, Power BI, POS systems and other sales focused tools and technologies.  Deep expertise in the Salesforce product suite is preferred; Strong strategy, data analytics skills and customer driven focus.  

Work Environment: 

This role is a hyflex work arrangement; primarily remote work availability, but onsite work per business needs, located at our Red Wing, MN headquarters office.
