As the Product Manager, Payroll, you will help drive the advancement of the restaurant-focused Payroll product line. By collaborating closely with Product Design, Engineering, and other cross-functional teams, you will help develop and execute roadmap that aligns with organizational goals while ensuring impactful delivery for our customers. You'll take ownership of Agile execution, drive sprint planning, and backlog refinement to ensure the team delivers high-value features efficiently. Prioritizing improvements while managing new features, bugs, and technical debts is crucial for maintaining the reliability and competitiveness of our payroll solutions. Additionally, you will gather insights from customers, market trends, and internal teams to refine product decisions and enhance user experiences. Effective communication will be your ally, as you keep stakeholders informed about priorities and progress. Success in this role will require you to analyze data, iterate based on feedback, and continuously improve our payroll workflows and compliance tools. Ideally, you bring at least 3 years of experience in Product Management with a focus on B2B SaaS and a solid background in HCM software, especially payroll.
