RethinkCare is seeking a Director of Family and Clinical Services, a remote role focused on providing teleconsultation services for parents of children with developmental needs and neurodivergent professionals.
Responsibilities: Conduct 1:1 teleconsultation services for parent training and neurodiversity programs, provide guidance on behavioral strategies, and ensure follow-ups with clients.
Skills: Minimum 5 years working with developmental disabilities, 3 years of parent training experience, strong communication skills, and ability to manage multiple consultations.
Qualifications: Master’s Degree or above, Board Certified Behavior Analyst required; bilingual capabilities are preferred.
Location: This position is remote, available to candidates in specific states, including AL, AZ, CT, FL, GA, IL, IN, KY, LA, MA, MD, MI, MO, NC, NH, NJ, NV, OH, PA, TX, VA, WA, WI.
Compensation: Not provided by employer. Typical compensation ranges for this position are between $80,000 - $130,000.

Job Description/Key Responsibilities
The Director of Family and Clinical Services primary responsibility is to conduct 1:1 teleconsultation services (over phone or video chat) across two distinct teams:
The Director will put emphasis on the ongoing nature of consultation and strive to ensure regular follow-ups with the client are achieved. They will log notes, recommendations, referrals, and respond to client messages within 1 business day.

This role will operate as an individual contributor but collaborate regularly with fellow Directors on case review and shared problem-solving. This role also can expand into related activities, such as article writing and webinar hosting, if desired.
