Beverly Hills Law Firm is seeking an associate attorney to handle all aspects of cases, from pre-litigation to litigation. Tasks include investigation of facts and liability, monitoring medical treatment, communicating with clients, case management, demand writing, negotiating claims, filing lawsuits, preparing discovery, and preparing for trial. Must be highly motivated, have excellent writing skills, and be able to work in a team environment.
