- India Based Candidates Working out of Bangalore Office: INR 35LPA to INR 45LPA + Stock Options

Richpanel will be know for a company that helps small businesses operate at better levels than large corporations. A small business owner will be able to hire a fleet of AI employees to manage customer inquiries with accuracy, empathy and will be able to scale infinitely.
We're building autonomous AI agents to replace traditional BPO support agents, enabling brands to respond to users instantly with accurate, up-to-date information 24/7. We have 2,000+ brands using our platform daily and are backed by Sequoia Capital, one of the world's most prominent venture capital firms.
🤝 You’d be a fit if…
- B2B SaaS Experience: 2+ years experience working with B2B SaaS products
- Mode of operation: You can operate independently and like ownership of GTM. You’re not a fan of large teams and siloed decision-making.
- Work History: You have built funnels for B2B SaaS products that have resulted in real demos and paying customers.
- Previous Roles: You’ve held Growth Marketer, Growth Lead, Head of Growth (or related) titles before.
- Ownership: You’re interested in owning the entire GTM, including positioning, funnel design, distribution and partnerships. You’re interested in potentially becoming “VP Growth” in 18-24 months.
- Customer Obsession: You understand that customer opinions and data are supreme, beyond the opinions of yourself, the CEO, or anyone else. You talk to customers every day.
- Being world-class: You believe in shipping world-class products and content for the world to use and care deeply about the minutiae in your work. You have a taste for good design and content.
🧭 Context about our stage and situation
It's important to know where we're coming from and where you fit in.
Richpanel was founded by Amit RG, GDJ Dorai, and Manoj Kumar.
- Amit began as a tech lead at his previous startup before being promoted to partner. Under his leadership, the company grew to $10M in revenues within 5 years.
- Dorai was a founding member of GSI Commerce, which was acquired by eBay for $2.2B in 2012. He later served as Director of Sales at eBay Enterprise.
- Manoj started as a founding engineer and progressed to become a co-founder. He is responsible for engineering most of the tech stack at Richpanel which now powers over 2,000 brands and processes over $2B in sales every year.
We're seeking someone with deep expertise in the ecommerce world (or someone eager to build it). Our mission is to transform traditional BPO customer support, eliminating inefficiencies, long wait times, and subpar experiences. We are enabling small brands to outperform large corporations by giving business owners access to a fleet of AI employees who can handle customer inquiries with accuracy and empathy—all while scaling infinitely.
Your role is vital in achieving this vision by clearly articulating it and educating users about its benefits and implementation best practices. In a noisy market, your work will help Richpanel stand out with a clear, compelling message and reach the right audience through distribution channels you select.

- Customer Obsessed: You should be genuinely curious about our customer persona—their motivations, interests, and the topics that matter to them. This enables you to speak their language and craft appealing offers.
- Focused: Use data and customer interviews to understand where our users spend time, what drives their purchasing decisions, and what barriers prevent them from buying. Apply these insights to shape your channel strategy and focus on just those.
- Sales Ability: We believe marketing is selling at scale. You should be comfortable taking demos and closing leads end-to-end. Then use this knowledge to do selling at scale.
- Run without (much) supervision: Richpanel has a flat org structure, so we expect every person to engage in and interpret company goals, not wait for a to-do list.
- Hard Work: You are self-motivated, proactive and positive, with a dedicated work ethic. You don’t shy away from hard work each day.
Responsibilities 💼
- Positioning and Storytelling: You'll develop and A/B test Richpanel's market positioning to connect effectively with our target customers.
- Content & Funnel Design: Create compelling funnels that build awareness and convert leads.
- Distribution: Leverage partner collaborations, search marketing, and LinkedIn marketing to reach our target audience at scale.
- Agency partnership program: Build our agency partner network and activate 20 partners that sends us leads regularly. Once the program is setup, hire dedicated partner manager(s) to scale this.
- Influencer collabs: Partner with Youtube influencers and use existing customers to dominate presence in every key area that matters - Youtube searches, Reddit, Etc.
