Quality Engineer, Portfolio Accounting

Ridgeline is building a next-generation portfolio accounting product with cutting-edge technology to revolutionize investment management software. They seek a Quality Engineer to collaborate across teams ensuring high-quality, scalable solutions from design through delivery.

Skills

Strong fintech knowledge, especially in Portfolio Accounting, Portfolio Management, Risk Management, or Reconciliation.
Experience with software testing methodologies and CI/CD pipelines.
Familiarity with test planning, automation frameworks, and implementation.
Ability to create test strategies that consider different user personas and business domains.
Excellent analytical and organizational skills for managing complex quality requirements.
Effective communication skills to collaborate with various internal teams.

Responsibilities

Define and execute automated testing plans for high-quality service delivery.
Develop creative problem-solving approaches within accounting and reconciliation domains.
Think from multiple user perspectives to simulate real customer experience during testing.
Collaborate closely with product, engineering, and quality teams throughout the software development lifecycle.
Communicate clearly and manage accountability in a cross-functional environment.
Participate in requirement analysis and design reviews to ensure test coverage.

Education

Degree in finance, accounting, or a related field is preferred.
