Engineering Manager, Offensive Security & Vulnerability Management

They seek a strategic and technical Engineering Manager to lead their Offensive Security and Vulnerability Management teams, focusing on risk assessment, vulnerability remediation, and automation of security operations.

Skills

Experience with adversary simulation, threat modeling, and vulnerability lifecycle management.
Ability to translate offensive security findings into business risk and operational improvements.
Experience building and scaling automated security validation systems.
Experience operating within complex environments and networks.
Strong cross-functional influence and remediation driving abilities.

Responsibilities

Lead Offensive Security team in red team operations, penetration tests, and adversary emulation campaigns.
Oversee Vulnerability Management team including bug bounty program and continuous vulnerability discovery, triage, and remediation.
Define and drive strategy for Autonomic Security Operations with automated testing and validation pipelines.
Partner with engineering, product, threat intelligence, and detection & response teams to test controls and manage vulnerabilities.
Build processes, tooling, and dashboards for tracking and communicating vulnerability and control assurance metrics.
Identify control gaps, operational bottlenecks, and opportunities to scale security through automation.
