Role Overview:
The Client Acquisition Coordinator plays a pivotal role in ensuring that leads from various sources are effectively followed up on and converted into scheduled appointments. Additionally, this role supports the seamless execution of marketing events designed to engage and attract potential clients. Key Responsibilities:
- Proactively follow up with leads from various sources to schedule appointments, ensuring timely and effective communication.
- Maintain and update the appointment calendar, preventing conflicts or double bookings.
- Engage leads through phone, email, and other communication channels to confirm appointments and build rapport.
- Assist in the planning, coordination, and execution of marketing events, such as seminars, dinner events, and open houses.
- Support event logistics, including venue setup, material preparation, and vendor coordination.
- Deliver exceptional customer service to leads and event attendees, ensuring a positive experience.
- Collaborate with marketing and sales teams to optimize lead engagement and event outcomes.

Qualifications:

Compensation and Benefits:
