Date Posted:12/17/2024Hiring Organization:Rose InternationalPosition Number:475684Job Title:Recruiting Coordinator / AnalystJob Location:Purchase, NY, USA, 10577Employment Type:TemporaryEstimated Duration (In Weeks):52Min Hourly Rate($):40.00Max Hourly Rate($):50.00Must Have Skills/Attributes: Analytics, Dashboards, Microsoft Excel, Recruiting, Reporting, Talent Acquisitions, Workday, Workforce PlanningJob Description• **Only qualified Business Integration Analyst candidates located near the Purchase, NY area to be considered due to the position requiring an onsite presence***Qualifications:• Previous experience with talent acquisition processes• Detailed oriented• Organized• Great communication skills at all levels• Quickly connects the dots• Self starter• Worked with Workday reporting - advanced expertise in Excel and analyticsBusiness Integration Analyst- Talent Acquisition Responsibilities:• Work on the integration of a newly acquired organization• Own, provide guidance, and coordinate resourcing processes for all different hiring combinations• Liaise with senior level strategic initiative owners, hiring managers, P&C, Integration Management Office (including Integration Executive), Global Talent Acquisition (GTA), HR Systems and acquisition HR and MA GTA team.• Manage the resourcing tracker and update all the relevant fields to help provide the resourcing dashboard• Own the acquisition resource approval process (Executive Committee) and resource change processes• Set-up, prepare for, and lead weekly Strategic Initiative Owner Resource calls, IMO resource review calls, weekly resourcing project team calls and executive calls.• Capture and complete all actions items from calls to remove obstacles and facilitate the resourcing process.• Track metrics and build analytics, dashboards and Recruitment KPIs for IPMO and business / P&C leadership review• Coordinating with Recruiters on deliverables and impacts.
