Disclosure Statement:
The pay range for this role at the noted location is $19.00 - $26.00 / hour. The actual rate of pay offered may vary based upon, but not limited to: education, skills, experience, proficiency, performance, shift, and location. In addition to base salary, depending on the role, overtime, shift differential, call-in, and stand-by pay. You’ll help maintain a professional environment, fostering high levels of customer satisfaction. This means not just meeting deadlines but proactively optimizing our processes to exceed expectations. You'll use your organizational skills to schedule and prioritize production jobs, ensuring that all due dates are met with success. Additionally, part of your role will involve mentoring and training other team members, passing on your knowledge and experience.
