Job Description

  • Operate machines that insert/fold printed matter, such as letters or booklets into folders or envelops
  • Set up and adjust the machine to operate efficiently
  • Oversee output and make adjustments as necessary

Qualifications

  • Requires excellent knowledge of standard set ups, adjustments and operating characteristics of the equipment and skill to perform standard adjustments and operate the equipment
  • Ability to set up, operate, and perform basic adjustments to the equipment according to the individual job requirements, operating characteristics, and capabilities of the equipment
  • Job requires ability to exert up to 20 lbs. of force occasionally, and/or up to 10 lbs. frequently, and/or a negligible amount of force constantly to move objects.
  • Must be able to work overtime.
  • Perform other tasks as required.
  • Second shift, weekend hours available.

Additional Information

The pay range for this role at the noted location is $19.00 - $28.00 / hour. The actual rate of pay offered may vary based upon, but not limited to: education, skills, experience, proficiency, performance, shift, and location. In addition to base salary, depending on the role, the total compensation package may also include overtime, shift differential, call-in, and stand-by pay. RRD offers benefits including medical, dental, and vision coverage, paid time off, disability insurance, 401(k) with match, life insurance and other voluntary supplemental insurance coverages, plus tuition assistance, maternity leave, adoption assistance, and employer/partner discounts.
