We are seeking an experienced Project Manager with a strong background in Salesforce, software integration, and Agile/Scrum methodologies to lead technology-driven initiatives across our growing Lawn and Landscape company. This role is responsible for bridging business operations and IT, ensuring projects align with organizational goals, are delivered on time, and provide tangible value to the field and office teams.

The ideal candidate will thrive in a fast-paced environment, managing cross-functional teams and ensuring systems support scalable, streamlined operations.

Responsibilities:

• Lead cross-functional project teams using Agile Scrum practices including sprint planning, daily stand-ups, sprint reviews, and retrospectives.
• Manage the full project lifecycle, ensuring on-time and on-budget delivery.
• Create and maintain project artifacts such as roadmaps, sprint boards, status reports, and documentation.
• Collaborate with stakeholders from Sales, Operations, Customer Service, and Finance to gather and document business requirements.
• Translate business needs into user stories, acceptance criteria, and functional specifications.
• Perform process mapping and gap analysis to recommend technology solutions.
• Work closely with Salesforce Admins, Developers, and third-party vendors to manage configuration, customization, and deployment.
• Oversee software integrations with Salesforce, mobile field applications, and marketing tools.
• Act as the main point of contact between technical teams and business stakeholders.
• Facilitate workshops and sprint demos to align priorities and gain stakeholder buy-in. Support change management and user adoption initiatives.
• Foster a culture of continuous improvement in processes, systems, and Agile practices.
• Develop training plans and documentation for end users.
• Provide post-deployment support and lead issue resolution.
• Assist in the promotion, use and oversight of AI initiatives..

Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science; Project Management Certification preferred.  
• 3–5 years of Project Management experience in a technical or operations-focused environment.
• Experience delivering projects using Agile Scrum methodology
• Hands-on experience with Salesforce CRM (especially Service Cloud, Field Service Lightning, or Marketing Cloud).
• Proven track record of leading software integrations across multiple platforms and vendors.
• Strong skills in requirements gathering, documentation, and stakeholder communication.
• Working knowledge of APIs, system workflows, and data integrations.
• Ability to travel to outside branch locations occasionally.
