Voice Expert - AI Trainer

Join our customer's team as a Voice Expert - AI Trainer, where your specialized knowledge in voice production, speech coaching, or voiceover artistry will be instrumental in shaping the future of AI voice technology. In this dynamic role, your acute listening skills and extensive voice-related vocabulary will be key as you provide invaluable training and feedback, significantly enhancing AI-generated voice output.

Key Responsibilities:

- Analyze and evaluate AI-generated voice samples for accuracy, naturalness, and expressiveness.

- Provide detailed verbal and written feedback using industry terminology to describe nuances in vocal performance.

- Collaborate with AI engineers and linguists to refine voice algorithms and enhance model performance.

- Develop comprehensive evaluation criteria for voice characteristics such as tone, pitch, pacing, and clarity.

- Coach and instruct AI systems on a wide range of vocal styles, emotional deliveries, and accents.

- Document findings, track improvements, and suggest actionable insights for ongoing model training.

- Participate in regular virtual meetings to align project goals and share expertise.

Qualifications:

- Demonstrated expertise as a voice producer, speech coach, or professional voiceover artist.

- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills with an emphasis on clarity and precision.

- Advanced ability to discern and articulate subtle differences in vocal expression.

- Experience instructing or coaching others in vocal performance or technique.

- Strong attention to detail and a commitment to producing high-quality deliverables.

- Comfort working independently in a remote, part-time capacity.

- Sound understanding of audio production principles and voice recording technology.

Preferred Qualifications:

- Previous experience collaborating on AI or machine learning projects.

- Familiarity with phonetics, linguistics, or a relevant academic background.

- Track record of delivering constructive critique in creative or technical environments.
