Job Description

The Director of Digital Transformations, Program Management is a leadership role responsible for overseeing the planning, execution, and success of cross-functional digital transformation initiatives within an organization. This individual ensures that digital strategies align with business objectives, drives innovation, and manages cross-functional teams to deliver measurable outcomes.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

Strategic Leadership

- Develop and implement a comprehensive digital transformation strategy aligned with the organization's long-term goals.

- Create strategic roadmaps that outline the digital journey over several years, ensuring alignment with business priorities and emerging technologies.

Program Oversight

- Lead multiple transformation programs, ensuring projects are delivered on time, within budget, and meet quality standards.

- Oversee resource allocation, budgeting, and risk management across all digital initiatives.

Change Management

- Foster a culture of innovation and agility by addressing resistance to change and guiding teams through transitions.

- Communicate the vision for digital transformation effectively to stakeholders at all levels, ensuring buy-in and collaboration.

Collaboration and Stakeholder Engagement

- Act as a liaison between senior executives, IT teams, and other key stakeholders to ensure alignment across departments.

- Facilitate communication among diverse teams to promote seamless collaboration and integration of digital solutions.

Performance Measurement

- Define key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure the success of digital initiatives.

- Continuously assess program outcomes to identify areas for improvement and ensure alignment with organizational goals.

Qualifications

REQUIRED:

Experience:

- 10+ years in program management or leadership roles within digital transformation or technology-driven environments.

- Proven track record of managing large-scale transformation projects across complex organizations.

Education:

- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business Administration, Information Technology, or a related field.

- Certifications in project management (e.g., PMP) or enterprise architecture frameworks (e.g., TOGAF) are preferred.

SKILLS:

- Strong expertise in strategic planning, change management, and risk mitigation.

- Understanding of emerging technologies such as AI, data analytics, and cloud computing.

- Exceptional communication skills for engaging with both technical teams and business stakeholders.

Compensation & Benefits Details

  • An employee’s pay position within the salary range may be based on several factors including but not limited to (1) relevant education; qualifications; certifications; and experience; (2) skills, ability, knowledge of the job; (3) performance, contribution and results; (4) geographic location; (5) shift; (6) internal and external equity; and (7) business and organizational needs.
  • The salary range is what we believe to be the range of possible compensation for this role at the time of this posting.  We may ultimately pay more or less than the posted range and this range is only applicable for jobs to be performed in California, Colorado, New York or remote jobs that can be performed in California, Colorado and New York.  This range may be modified in the future.
  • You will be eligible to participate in Sandisk's Short-Term Incentive (STI) Plan, which provides incentive awards based on Company and individual performance.  Depending on your role and your performance, you may be eligible to participate in our annual Long-Term Incentive (LTI) program, which consists of restricted stock units (RSUs) or cash equivalents, pursuant to the terms of the LTI plan. Please note that not all roles are eligible to participate in the LTI program, and not all roles are eligible for equity under the LTI plan. RSU awards are also available to eligible new hires, subject to Sandisk's Standard Terms and Conditions for Restricted Stock Unit Awards.

  • Note: No amount of pay is considered to be wages or compensation until such amount is earned, vested, and determinable. The amount and availability of any bonus, commission, benefits, or any other form of compensation and benefits that are allocable to a particular employee remains in the Company's sole discretion unless and until paid and may be modified at the Company’s sole discretion, consistent with the law.
