About us

The Cybersecurity Engineering product area consists of four key product teams: Prevent & Protect Platforms, Attack Surface Management, Secure Network and Application Access, and Detect & Respond Platforms. We’re at the forefront of delivering secure access solutions with integrated detection and response. Together, these teams drive continuous improvement and ensure efficient operations of global cybersecurity platforms across the Sandvik Group.

Your new team

The Prevent and Protect Platforms product team within our cybersecurity organization delivers capabilities in data security, risk and compliance and data governance. We enable our end users, business and technology teams as well as security and risk professionals to effectively secure and govern data across its lifecycle, and to identify and prevent risky behaviors to protect information. 

About your job

In this position, you’re responsible for leading and coordinating the technology development of our Prevent & Protect Platform products, creating feasible technical solutions, and ensuring alignment with business needs and strategies.    

Important parts of your mission:

• Create and sustain solution designs that meet business expectations.
• Research emerging technologies and propose changes to existing solution architecture.
• Develop and anchor a technology roadmap aligned with our Product Area’s direction.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to understand both their needs and context.

The location for this position is Stockholm or Sandviken and we apply a hybrid work set-up, allowing you to combine office and remote work.

About you

We’re looking for someone with proven experience as a Solution Architect, preferably in a larger global organization. You have experience of cybersecurity, information security, information classification and data loss prevention capabilities and technologies. Knowledge of the full capabilities in Microsoft Purview E5 is considered a plus. You have a relevant education, or equivalent knowledge gained from a working career. Acting in a truly global environment calls for profound communication skills in English. Knowledge in Swedish is a plus.
