We are seeking a Senior Data Scientist, Digital to drive advanced analytics solutions that shape marketing strategies and enhance decision-making. In this role, you will collaborate with cross-functional teams to design, develop, and deploy predictive and prescriptive models that improve media performance, customer engagement, and marketing effectiveness. You will leverage large-scale, multi-source datasets and modern data science techniques to deliver actionable insights, build scalable tools, and support a forward-thinking digital marketing environment. The ideal candidate combines technical expertise with business acumen, a curiosity-driven mindset, and a passion for innovative, data-driven solutions.

Accountabilities

  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement high-impact, data-driven solutions for marketing and digital channels.
  • Develop, deploy, and monitor predictive and prescriptive models using site, clickstream, and media measurement data.
  • Preprocess and analyze large, multi-source datasets, applying advanced statistical and machine learning methods.
  • Translate complex analyses into actionable insights and communicate results through clear, data-driven storytelling tailored to diverse audiences.
  • Contribute to the design and scaling of analytics-driven tools that support marketing strategies and decision-making.
  • Suggest and implement experimentation to optimize campaign performance and marketing ROI.
  • Ensure solutions meet performance, scalability, and quality standards while enabling continuous improvement.

  • BA/BS in Marketing, Business, Statistics, Computer Science, Economics, or a related field.
  • 5+ years of experience as a data scientist or related role, developing, deploying, and monitoring large analytic datasets and machine learning models.
  • 2+ years experience with site/clickstream measurement, A/B testing, and marketing media platforms.
  • Strong statistical knowledge and expertise in selecting appropriate modeling techniques.
  • Proficiency in Python or R for modeling, SQL/Spark for data handling, and experience with Pandas, StatsModels, TensorFlow, PyTorch, sklearn, and NumPy.
  • Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and projects simultaneously without compromising quality.
    Preferred Qualifications:
  • Master’s or Ph.D. in Marketing Science, Econometrics, Statistics, Applied Mathematics, or related quantitative field.
  • Experience with cloud computing platforms, especially Azure and Databricks.
  • Familiarity with advanced methods such as media mix modeling, multi-touch attribution, hierarchical Bayesian models, time-series forecasting, and structural equation modeling.
  • Prior experience in paid, earned, and owned media analytics.
  • Competitive salary: $125,000 – $205,100 USD.
