Senior Generative AI Engineer (Applied AI/LLMs)

Trumid is a leading fintech company revolutionizing fixed income trading with intelligent electronic solutions. We are building a top-tier Generative AI team to create transformative AI applications that leverage proprietary data to redefine trading analytics and user experience. We seek a passionate and experienced Senior Generative AI Engineer to lead development of innovative AI tools and client-facing solutions.

Skills

Proficiency in prompt engineering to optimize AI model performance and cost.
Deep knowledge of Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG) and experience with vector databases.
Experience with LLM APIs and understanding of capabilities and limitations.
Expertise in AI development frameworks such as LangChain and LlamaIndex.
Strong Python programming and solid software engineering foundation.
Familiarity with cloud platforms like Google Cloud, AWS, or Azure.
Experience with knowledge graphs, Graph RAG techniques, and multimodal AI.
Understanding of AI-driven UX/UI design and client integration principles.

Responsibilities

Lead end-to-end development of scalable Generative AI solutions including data preparation, model deployment, and production operations.
Design and implement AI systems for internal productivity tools and client-facing applications delivering intelligent insights and recommendations.
Architect reusable AI tooling and infrastructure components for model serving, data processing, and embedding management.
Champion best practices in prompt engineering, model evaluation, and modern AI frameworks to ensure solution robustness and scalability.
Stay current with AI research, evaluate new models and techniques, and apply continuous improvements.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams and clearly communicate AI capabilities to technical and non-technical stakeholders.

Education

Bachelor's, Master's, or PhD in Computer Science, Data Science, Machine Learning, or related technical field.
