Senior Software Engineer - Data Processing

Truveta is a mission-driven health data platform company focused on improving healthcare through large-scale data processing and innovation. They seek a Senior Software Engineer to build and optimize distributed data systems and pipelines, working collaboratively in a flexible hybrid environment.

Skills

Expertise with cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, Azure).
Experience in building distributed or large-scale data systems.
Proficiency in Java, Python, or C# for cloud service development.
Familiarity with Big Data technologies like Spark, Redshift, BigQuery, Synapse, Kubernetes, PowerBI.
Ability to work effectively in distributed teams.

Responsibilities

Build large scale distributed systems, data pipelines, and ETL solutions.
Contribute across all software development stages including design, testing, deployment, and operations.
Collaborate with product managers, clinical informaticists, architects, and engineering teams.
Apply creative problem solving within healthcare legal guidelines.
Guide, mentor junior developers and foster a positive team environment.

Education

Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science or related field.
