We are looking for a Salesforce Administrator to join the IT Team and help support our GTM efforts by managing and owning our Salesforce and Service Cloud implementations. This role will work closely with all business units and operation members to ensure alignment between business needs and technical implementation of our GTM stack.
We’re looking for a passionate salesforce expert who likes to build and implement things from scratch, with a strong automation and employee experience mindset, and who likes to get stuff done while having fun and scale in a fast-paced environment.
The Salesforce Administrator will help lead the deployment of our first implementation of Salesforce and Service Cloud, to ensure successful adoption of the application and empower our GTM team to be more effective at collaboration, deal progression and revenue generation. You’ll oversee the day-to-day management of Salesforce, collaborate with stakeholders across the business and refine processes to optimize the GTM engine. In this role, you will ultimately ensure the ongoing health and efficiency of our Salesforce ecosystem in conjunction with the wider GTM stack.
Salesforce Deployment Project Management:
Act as a key participant on the operations team throughout the implementation of Salesforce, from initial setup to full deployment, ensuring alignment with business requirements alongside our implementation consultants.
Configure Salesforce to meet business needs, including custom objects, fields, workflows, and automations.
Ensure smooth integration of Salesforce with key GTM tools (e.g., marketing automation, CRM, ERP and analytics platforms).
Process Improvement:
Partner with Sales, Marketing, and Customer Experience teams to identify and streamline processes using Salesforce capabilities.
Analyze existing workflows and recommend scalable solutions to improve efficiency and data accuracy.
Develop and implement automation to reduce manual effort and drive productivity.
User Support and Training:
Serve as the primary point of contact for Salesforce-related questions, troubleshooting, and technical support.
Design and deliver training programs for end-users, ensuring successful adoption and utilization of Salesforce.
Create user-friendly documentation and resources to support ongoing learning.
Platform Maintenance and Administration:
Manage user accounts, roles, profiles, and permissions to maintain system security.
Perform regular system audits, data cleanup, and backups to ensure data integrity.
Stay updated on Salesforce releases and features, implementing improvements where applicable.
Oversee the ongoing maintenance and optimization of other GTM platforms integrated with Salesforce.
5+ years of experience in Salesforce administration, preferably in a SaaS environment.
Deep expertise on Lead to Order processes and hands-on experience with implementing CPQ systems.
Salesforce Administrator Certification
Experience deploying Salesforce from the ground up, including configuration and integrations
Familiarity with GTM tools such as HubSpot, Marketo, Pardot, or similar platforms
Strong understanding of automation tools, workflows, data management best practices and integrations using APIs and iPaaS solutions like Workato
Experienced in working for an innovative tech company (SaaS, Open Source, Cloud or similar preferred), with strong abilities to work independently and to collaborate with diverse stakeholders
Self-motivated and able to thrive in a fast-paced, collaborative environment
Excellent written and verbal English
Strong project management and organizational skills
Analytical mindset with a focus on problem-solving and delivering results
Advanced Salesforce certifications (e.g., Advanced Administrator, Platform App Builder, CPQ Specialist…)
Experience with SOQL, Apex, and HTML
Proficiency in business process analysis and documentation
