Team & Role:
Global Product Operations supports the operations of the Unified Technology Group (UTG) and STEP (Success, Technology, Experience, and Platform) organizations. Our Program Management Office drives and delivers cross-functional programs including Release Management, Release Big Rocks, Platform Engineering, Global Cloud Services (GCS), Regulated Markets, Cloud Security, M&A, Customer Upgrade Operations, and other critical strategic programs.
This role is focused on support for the GCS organization and specifically the Cloud Network Services (CNS) teams. Programs within this space are highly technical, cross-organizational and data-driven. As a TPM within this team, one will be driving programs to deliver on organizational key objectives, drive improvements in observability, availability and operational standardization and delivery of key programs in support of network engineering and hyperscaler expansion efforts. Contribute to the development of the program management function. Share back successful practices, frameworks, tools, and lessons learned that have worked in your Program.
Identify connections and reconcile possible collisions between different service offerings, features, and platforms.
Ensure transparency, alignment and clear communication of program status and overall resourcing across the portfolio to key stakeholders.

Basic Qualifications:
10+ years of project/program management experience in mid/large size companies, ideally with a focus on network engineering and operations.
BA/BS degree or higher in Business Management, Computer Information Systems (CIS), Management Information Systems (MIS), Operations and Information Management (OIM) or other equivalent combination of education and experience.

For positions in this location, we offer a base pay of $181,100 - $316,900, plus equity (when applicable), variable/incentive compensation and benefits. Sales positions generally offer a competitive On Target Earnings (OTE) incentive compensation structure. Please note that the base pay shown is a guideline, and individual total compensation will vary based on factors such as qualifications, skill level, competencies, and work location. We also offer health plans, including flexible spending accounts, a 401(k) Plan with company match, ESPP, matching donations, a flexible time away plan and family leave programs. Compensation is based on the geographic location in which the role is located and is subject to change based on work location.
