As an Experienced Crown Stand-up Forklift Operator at Shearer’s, your primary responsibilities will include efficiently operating the stand-up forklift to transport our delicious snack products throughout the facility. You'll also be tasked with maintaining a fast-paced work environment, ensuring safety and communication with your team, and adhering to company protocols. To join Shearer’s as an Experienced Crown Stand-up Forklift Operator, you are required to have at least one year of operating experience with a stand-up forklift, preferably a Crown model. Beyond that, we value candidates with good communication skills, simple math ability, and a willingness to work collaboratively within a fast-paced environment. Prior warehouse experience and familiarity with WMS systems is also preferred, but your eagerness to learn and contribute is what's most important!

At Shearer’s, we understand the importance of flexibility, which is why we offer several shifts for the Experienced Crown Stand-up Forklift Operator role in Massillon. You can choose between afternoon shifts from 4 PM to 12 AM, night shifts from 11 PM to 7 AM, or day shifts between 7 AM to 3 PM or 8 AM to 4 PM, all based on a flexible schedule. Additionally, we provide extra pay premiums for night and afternoon shifts!

The pay structure for an Experienced Crown Stand-up Forklift Operator at Shearer’s starts at $21.42 per hour. You can earn even more by working either the afternoon shift, which comes with a $1.00 premium, or the night shift, which includes a $3.00 premium.
