Information Systems Manager (IT)

Sigma Computing is a leading cloud analytics and BI company seeking an experienced IT Manager to lead their IT team, overseeing SaaS applications and technology infrastructure to support business goals and innovation.

Skills

Strong IT infrastructure knowledge including SaaS applications and API integrations.
Experience with cloud platforms: AWS, GCP, Azure.
Expertise with G Suite administration, Okta SSO, MDM solutions.
Proficient in scripting languages such as Bash or Python for automation.
Excellent leadership and communication skills.
Knowledge of security best practices and compliance.

Responsibilities

Lead and mentor a team of IT professionals ensuring high performance.
Manage procurement, deployment, maintenance, and support of SaaS applications.
Coordinate with cross-functional teams to deliver technical IT solutions.
Oversee cloud infrastructure services including AWS, GCP, and Azure integration.
Manage network infrastructure ensuring connectivity, performance, and security.
Lead IT projects from inception through completion on time and budget.
Develop and implement IT policies, procedures, and best practices.
Manage relationships with vendors to ensure service level agreements are met.
Administer G Suite, Slack, Atlassian tools, 1Password, and identity/access management solutions like Okta.
Oversee mobile device management solutions (Kandji, Jamf) for security compliance.
Conduct IT risk assessments and ensure adherence to security policies.

Education

Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or related field.
