Staff AI/ML Engineer

They are seeking a Staff AI/ML Engineer with deep expertise in AI/ML systems and scalable infrastructure to pioneer innovative AI-driven data exploration and natural language interfaces.

Skills

Strong foundation in computer science, machine learning, and deep learning
Experience with end-to-end ML lifecycle including data curation, model deployment, and monitoring
Proficiency in building scalable ML systems like recommendation engines, search, or machine translation
Experience adapting or training foundation models (language or multimodal)

Responsibilities

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify high-impact AI/ML opportunities
Prototype novel AI/ML ideas and implement state-of-the-art systems
Build scalable AI/ML infrastructure and workflows for internal teams and users
Create novel natural language and agentic interfaces empowering user interaction with data
