Skills

Proficiency in SQL including JOINs, partitions, window functions, aggregations, CTEs, sub-queries.
Strong domain knowledge in databases and business intelligence.
Experience with SQL query performance troubleshooting and plan generation.
Data modeling and logical data visualization skills.
Excellent verbal and written communication.
Strong collaboration and customer trust-building capabilities.

Responsibilities

Assist customers and pre-sales team in diagnosing and resolving complex technical issues.
Develop best practices and tools in collaboration with development for diagnosing and optimizing service performance.
Work cross-functionally with backend, frontend, devops, design, product, and go-to-market teams to enhance user experience.
Participate in periodic on-call duties and special projects to improve automation and processes.

Education
