The Team Member role is responsible for bringing SKIMS to life for our customers. You foster a positive environment while delivering a best-in-class store experience. Your Day to Day:
Support the day-to-day operations of the shop, ensuring smooth and efficient functioning.
Maintain a clean and organized stockroom, assist with shipment handling, and contribute to team productivity.
Implement visual merchandising changes, ensuring that new arrivals and focus items are effectively displayed.
Ensure backstock is organized for efficiency, with visual merchandising supplies in good condition and easily accessible for updates.
Assist with managing inventory levels, overseeing in-shop replenishment, ensuring integrity on the sales floor, and communicating any sell-through concerns with the Shop Leader.
Support the proper handling of damages, donations, returns, and product issues to maintain inventory accuracy.
Collaborate with team members on operational and visual standards, ensuring consistency with brand guidelines.
Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures
Assist in the procurement and maintenance of shop supplies, ensuring adequate stock levels.
Help manage in-shop technology and ensure updates are communicated to the team.
Support in executing visual merchandising strategies to meet or exceed sales targets.
Assist in analyzing sales data and reports, identifying trends, and making recommendations for improvement.
We'd love to hear from you if you have:
Previous experience in retail operations, stock management, or back of house support.
Familiarity with inventory management, visual merchandising, and retail operations.
Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
Capable of working collaboratively with the team to ensure smooth back-of-house operations.
Ability to analyze sales data and report on inventory and sales trends.
Strong communication skills to effectively collaborate with shop associates and team members.
Flexibility to work various shifts, including weekends, evenings, and holidays.
What is expected of you:
Must bend, reach, and stretch for product, as well as lift, carry and move at least 40 pounds.
Have a minimum of 12 hours of availability per week that supports the needs of the business, including: nights, weekends, and holidays as well as overtime where applicable.
Must regularly stand and move around all areas of the store and be accessible to customers.
