End User Services (IT Support) Analyst

Graham Capital Management, L.P. is a well-established alternative investment manager specializing in discretionary and quantitative macro strategies. They seek a mid-level IT Support Analyst to provide comprehensive end-user and workstation support within their highly dynamic trading floor environment.

Skills

Strong troubleshooting skills for computer systems, applications, and hardware
Experience with market data applications like Bloomberg and Refinitiv
Proficient in Microsoft Windows 11 and Office 365
Ability to work independently and collaboratively under pressure
Familiarity with Backup, Desktop Patching, VMware, Ivanti product suite is advantageous
Experience with printer/print vendor management and mobile device management is preferred

Responsibilities

Install, maintain, and troubleshoot workstations including software upgrades
Support market data and trade execution platforms
Execute daily operational procedures including system status checks and data center inspections
Manage trouble ticket workflows efficiently
Collaborate with team members and participate in meetings
Provide off-hours support on a rotating schedule

Education

Bachelor’s degree (BA/BS) in a related field
