Sobi is currently seeking an Sr. Manager, Operations Analytics and Reporting to our Contracts & Pricing team. This position is responsible for managing commercial/government contracts and all state reporting requirements. Additionally, his position is responsible for verifying state reporting compliance, providing contract post-deal & policy change analytics.

Key Responsibilities/Scope of the Job

Responsibilities:

• Analyze customer submitted data, verify contract pricing terms, contract adherence, and communicate contract performance to key internal/external stakeholders.
• Responsible for managing all aspects of market access dashboard updates including validation and data availability
• Monitor changes in 340B program policies and identify indirect impact of pricing & contracting decisions on 340B ceiling price and GTN strategy
• Create framework for evaluating potential agreements, defining triggers for contracting, target expected ROI and support decision on what terms and rebate range are acceptable to drive GTN targets
• Conduct post- deal analyses to understand ROI and historical deal effectiveness across brands and customers & provide guidance on future contracting opportunities
• Provide guidance on indirect contracting opportunities e.g. duplicate discount risk, best-price, ASP implication
• Ensure that all state price transparency reports are accurate and submitted on time.
• Effectively communicate changes in state regulations to internal teams and external stakeholders.
• Maintain detailed records of all reporting activities and ensure documentation is up to date.

The base salary pay range for this role is $133,000-$180,000 annually. Actual pay for this position will take into account factors such as experience and location. In addition to a base salary, this position is also eligible for a competitive 401k match, short and long-term incentives, medical, dental, vision, STD/LTD and life insurance benefits, in addition to other health and wellness programs and offerings.

• Bachelor’s degree.
• 2-3 years of biopharmaceutical contracting and/or operations business experience.
• Quantitative analysis and/or financial analysis experience.
• Experience working with external resources and systems.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
• Strong communications skills and relationship-building aptitude.
• Ability to read and understand complex legal contract documents.
• In-depth, highly technical, analysis skills, aptitude, and high proficiency in Word/Excel/PowerPoint are required.
