Cognitive Implementation Engineer II (Enterprise)

SoundHound AI is a pioneering company in AI technology focused on voice AI, generative AI, and conversational AI solutions. They are seeking a Senior Cognitive Implementation Engineer to design and implement cognitive modules, ensuring high quality and efficient AI functionalities for enterprise customers.

Skills

Proficiency in Java, JavaScript, and/or Groovy scripting
Experience implementing enterprise-scale AI or cognitive solutions
Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
Excellent communication and collaboration abilities
Familiarity with AI ontologies and modular system architecture
Agile work methodology experience

Responsibilities

Configure and customize cognitive modules of Amelia to meet client requirements
Review Transversal Analysis outcomes and architecture blueprints
Train and test Amelia on defined use cases, refining as needed
Collaborate with architects and project leads to devise technical solutions
Develop and test module functionalities to ensure expected behavior
Integrate developed modules with backend automation systems
Evaluate and standardize APIs and automatas in cooperation with R&D
Create agile work plans and configure ontologies in agile sprints
Develop reusable modules and ontologies in local languages
Conduct stress testing to meet technical end-user requirements

Education

Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science or equivalent experience
Alternatively, Master’s Degree with at least 3 years of relevant experience
